When you submit a question or ride request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup details, passenger count, flight details, and any notes you choose to provide.
How Information Is Used
Your information is used to review availability, communicate about your question or ride request, coordinate pickup, and keep a record of ride activity.
Email And Messaging
Email is the primary way Steiner Rides communicates about ride requests and questions submitted through the public booking page. Your phone number is still collected for ride coordination and caller identity.
SMS text updates are optional. If you check the separate SMS consent box on the booking page, Steiner Rides may send text messages about your ride request or question. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. Email addresses, mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and messaging opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, messaging, scheduling, or ride workflow, and only for those operational purposes.
