Service
Steiner Rides provides request-based local rides to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Ride requests are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation.
Pricing And Payment
Standard rides are estimated at $100. Early morning and late night rides may include a surcharge. Payment is collected at drop-off by accepted payment methods listed on the booking form.
Scheduling
Requested pickup times are subject to availability, traffic, and manual approval. You may cancel an airport drop-off before pickup. Airport pickup cancellations should be made at least one hour before pickup.
Email And Messages
Email is the primary communication method for ride requests, questions, approvals, declines, and follow-up. Phone numbers are collected for ride coordination and caller identity.
SMS text updates are optional. If you check the separate SMS consent box on the booking page, Steiner Rides may send text messages about your ride request or question. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
